I was on phen for seven days I was doing great lost 10 pounds the first week. However I know most of it was water I was peeing like a race horse all week. Then I got the stomach flu my whole family did that is how I know it was not the phen. At first I was the first so that morning I stopped taking it. The second day my family got sick so I stayed off of it for one more day.
Today I started it up again and man the difference is fantasic. I drank my water I felt just wonderful. I think the two days rest in between was great. Does anyone stop taking it after a week or two then start up again? I think I am going to do it this way it just seem that I do like the sleep during the time off stage. But today ready to go!!! LIKE NEXT WEEK I WILL BE OFF ESPECIALLY WITH THE HOLIDAYS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER WHEN I'M SICK WHICH USUALLY DUE TO MY ALLERGIES/ASTHMA I STILL TAKE MY PHEN BECAUSE IT OPENS MY AIRWAY UP SO YOU HAVE THE RIGHT IDEA FOR SKIPPING A WEEK EVERY NOW AND THEN GOOD LUCK ON YOUR WEIGHTLOSS
