I understand that you can get a little discouraged when stepping on that scale! You read different posts on here seeing a hugh difference in weight loss!
lol But everyone's system reacts differently. I've been losing an average of 3 lbs. per week. I wish it were more, but that's ok with me. I watch what I eat and exercise daily. So hang in there. Some weeks will be more, some will be less.
