Cycling Phen--1 week on, 1 week off?

Hello. I was wondering if any of the longer term users..have tried cycling Phen to intensify the effects? By cycling, I mean taking the Phen for a certain time period, then stopping for equal time and restarting.

I have lost 100+ pounds to date. I have been using Phen for a month. I noticed the effects were very strong at first, and I lost a quick 8 lbs. Now I am greatful if I see a pound a week. I know its because I only have about 20 or less pounds left to lose..but still Im bummed.

Does anyone know if the cycling helps pick up the weight loss? Or what other suggestions do you have for this last struggle for me? Im trying to up my workout (i do about 3-4 days cardio and 3 days strength training)...I need to intensify it.

Anyways..Im up for all suggestions so let me know!!

* Drink 80+ oz H2O daily

*Hips: 38..yuck
*Thighs: 23...yuck

I am not sure about the cycling of the Phen, but I wanted to say Congrats on your weight loss, great job and keep up the good work.

Hi Epiphany! Come over the the Experience with Phentermine board and post this same question over there. Lots more people frequent that board and you will get some great info and advice. I don't cycle the phen. I take it consistently but am considering take a break from it in a week or two. A lot of people take 5-htp and CLA supplements and says it gives the phen a boost. I bought mine at Target. It does semm to help. Good luck to you!!

okay thanx ncgurl..ill do that!! And is that what the actual supplement is called...5-htp? Is it in the vitamin and supplement section of the pharmacy?

Congrats Epiphany on the weight loss!! That is wonderful. I am hoping to reach 100lbs lost by summer myself. Right now I am at 80.5. Its amazing to look back at photos of yourself and clothes you used to wear and think, wow. I know I used to NEVER be able to find clothes, and now I can walk in a store and almost always find something. I am very tall, I am 6'3", so 190-200lbs I would be "content" with.

Great job on all the weight loss. You are an inspiration...and I agree with ncgurl...post questions like this on the Exp with phen board, there seems to be a lot more posts there from more experienced phen users...

I want a model too! Actually I'd be grateful to just receive my order of Phentermine!!!!! What does a person have to do?? Where do people get their Phentermine from on here? A doctor? I ordered mine from this site....I think that was a mistake. But how can they have this site and advertise ordering Phentermine and then not deliver?

I hardly come over to this side anymore, I am usually over in the Eperience with Phentermine boards. How are you doing with the cycling? I was just curious.....
