I started my phen last Friday and I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 10lbs.. hooray!! Then when I got to work this morning one of my co-workers said "Are you dieting? Your face looks thinner." I was like yes I think I am going to like this stuff. Well Happy Friday to everyone!!!

Way to go.I know its a great feeling. I run into people who last saw me at my highest of 250lbs and are shocked at me now at 173lbs.Its wonderful to see their look of amazement.Great luck

I started mine last Tuesday 8/10.. I didn't have a scale so I don't know if I've lost yet.. I weighed in last night FINALLY!

I estimated myself to be btw 208-215, I weighed in at 201, so I was happy about that. Atleast now I can see where I'm at. 10lbs... I'm so excited for you! I'm being told how everyone can see it in my face too, that's such a good feeling, but I can't wait til they can see it in my body!!

Wow! thats great I have lost 6 lbs...I was 245 now im 239.. Thats with this atkins diet.. now I want to see what I can do now that im one those pills.. also... I would love to be down to 190lbs in 4 weeks... do you think that is possibile?
