yeah, i agree with mistydawn...take it later in the day. i've also seen suggestions about using the tablet form & splitting it - 1/2 morning, other 1/2 mid afternoon.
Be calm! you will be okay. Find something else to do with your mouth!!! that didn't sound good - but hey! whatever works! Seriously - go for a walk, get on a treadmill, run in place, drink a big glass of water, chew gum, watch a really suspensful movie, give yourself a manicure/pedicure, take up a crafty craft like knitting, crochetting, whatever!
