HEllo everyone, I've been on phen for three weeks now and have lost 12 lbs. Was 159 starting weight now 147. I'm really seeing the weight come off as I now hit my workouts hard. About a hour every other day until I hit 130 then I'll do it every day.
No side effects. yepee! Anyway,be encouraged, I am.

Hey-
Congrats on the weight loss so far! I am starting my third week today and have lost 11lbs. I want to lose about 19 more for my goal.

Tiara,
What are you eating along with the phen? I find myself eating less but still eating junk which I am sure is the reason for little weight loss. I have been on 2 weeks and only 4 lbs. Any suggestions as far as food goes?

Hey! Your doing good. I have been on phen 2 weeks today and I have lost 9 lbs. I am excited. Keep up the good work and keep posting. It helps me stay encouraged. Good luck.

hi racer girl-
the junk food is prob. the reason. Even if you are eating less, junk food is never a good food choice. I let myself have one thing per week.. like... yesterday i had a mini reese peanut butter cup- i keep it very small. there is no need to have stuff like that all of the time, i know what it tastes like and i know ill be able to have it again- ya know? i weighed myself today and i lost 2 more lbs- so thats 13lbs in 15 days. 17 more and ill be at my goal.
If you want an axample of what I eat.. this is what I had today. Breakfast at 8 light and fit blueberry yogert and 2 pieces of rye toast, around 3 i had some carrots and a 1 liter jug of water, and dinner at 730 was 1 cup of steamed asparagus and a baked boneless chicken patty on the george foreman.
Thats just some stuff.. i drink lots of water and if i feel like eating i do sit ups. I also never snack and don't eat at all after dinner..
This is what works for me, I'm not sure how it would work for anyone else! lol
Do you work out? I run every other day (45mins at 5.5, and every 1/2 mile I walk a tenth of a mile at 3.5)- and on the days I don't run I do Windsor pilates and lift weights and do strengthing without weights also. I like those because I feel like they build leaner muscle.
