Should I tell my buddies at WW???? - Phentermine.com

Hi Everyone...I absolutely love this site. I am on it constantly reading everything!!!!!!!!!!

Today (after 4 days on Phen and 2 weeks at WW) I had a loss of 8.4lbs. I felt fabulous. However, I have to admit...I actually felt a bit quilty at my WW meeting today...when asked how I did it...I talked about charting my points, walking a bit, concentrating on working the program...but I NEVER said a word about starting Phen this week.

The truth is...all of the above is the truth...I have worked the program...I have counted and wrote down all my foods and points...I have walked 3 times this week...however, I had the help of Phen.

Is there anyone here doing WW and taking Phen and have you told your WW buddies??????????????

No one's business, but yours. Besides, you're doing the program, right? You are just helping keep yourself from starving like the rest of them. I know, because I have done WW with and without Phen. I am doing it now, and it is AMAZING how easy it is to stay on program!

I agree with Radjojo. People tend to discount all the hard work you're doing if you tell them you're taking a pill. I am doing WW too and really am doing the program. I'm just not starving now. I still have to make choices and exercise, and start to think differently about portion size. I vote don't tell and dump the guilt!

I agree!! They don't need to know. I actually just quit going. I got tired of paying each week so they can tell me that I had gained 2 ounces or lost 4 ounces..Anyway, I have been on phen for almost 3 weeks lost 8 lbs so far. My clothes are getting looser!!

I do think their's value in continuing to go to the WW meetings. Like touching base with this site, it keeps me on track. Like you, I started WW a week or two before getting the phen, and I lost some weight, so I view the phen as an aid, not the be-all-end-all. I still need a diet plan if I want to keep the weight off after I'm done. Keep it up Sassagirl, and join our Motivated Mommies forum on the Buddy board if you want some support.
