New to the forum!!!!

Hello everyone! I am so ecstatic that I found this forum!

I started with phentermine 1 week ago. So far so good. I have completely changed my way of eating and started exercising for the first time in years.

I am so motivated from all of your posts and pictures! I look forward to posting an 'after' picture in the future.

Welcome Honey Child. I started taking Phen last Wednesday and so far so good. Some days I feel more full than other days. I am taking 15 mgs and I was taking one a day but somedays, I do take two. I take them at different times though. I wish you the best of luck. I have lost 33 lbs., but that was with weight watchers. I am still doing weight watchers also. I have totally changed my eating habits. I eat low fat everything. I drink 100 oz of mineral water, if not more. I am still trying to post my picture on here, but am having troubles. My current weight is 159 so wish me luck. Tomorrow is a weigh in day for me at weight watchers and it will be 5 days on the Phen so we will see how it goes.
