I weigh 112 kgs today!!! Wowee!! I was 113.7 yesterday and today I am 112. I can live with that. I don't mind losing 1kg per day. That's sweet. Finally, some weightloss! Hallelujah. Now I'm going to be extra careful what I put in my mouth cuz I don't want to jinx this weightloss!

I am soooo happy for you. I too had a nice result on the scale today....I won't know the official results for one week until Wednesday. But, as of today I am down for sure. So, we shall see. I know what you mean about jinxing the weight loss. I did really well again today. I had a protein bar and then some spaguetti and salad for supper. It is now 7:30pm and I am done eating for the day. I am now trying to get all my water in for the day. Let me know how you are doing and keep up the good work.
