dosage - how much to take - Phentermine.com

I am going to order for my first time. I think I have decided to order 37.5. It seems that most people are saying that they take the 37.5 and break it in half and take half in the morning and half at lunch. Is the normal dosage to take one a day? If if helps, I am 5'4" and weigh 165. I would like to get to 130. Help!

I took 37.5 2X/day and lost about 45lbs in 2 months, drank lots of water, though. Hardly ever cheated. Phen is very expensive to purchase online. Cheaper to get it at a weight loss clinic.

I started with 37.5....made me so jittery and my heart beat too much so switched to 30's and feel great...I think its dependent upon how big (how much weight overweight you are). I only need to lose about 30 lbs (from beginning) so 37.5's were probably just too strong for me.
