    You will normally feel the difference right away but will see results in one week with proper diet and exercise. Good Luck and Welcome!

    I agree you will feel full and lots of energy 2 hrs after taking your first pill. Energy does drop off alittle during your 2nd or 3rd week. Good luck ......Jim
