Hi Everyone,
I am new here and am determined to lose the weight this time. I am taking Didrex rather than phen and I love it. Keeps me going all day long. I take one tablet in the morning it seems to do pretty good. I am thinking about taking st. john's wort with it to control my brain's urge to eat at night. I guess it is just habit. Do y'all think that stress can make you gain weight and not lose it easily? I work in a mentally stressful job and really don't like it at all. Just there to pay the bills. Since I've been there I have gain (no joke) at least 30 pounds in less than a year. I sit all day long. Any suggestions?

I have some clothes that I love but can't fit into so.............this summer I want to wear shorts and cute tops. I have lost about 2 pounds. Tomorrow I am going to start low-carb eating until the weight is history. How about you? Are you on a particular eating plan? I tell you Didrex is working great for me. Just one tablet and I am set for the day until maybe 5:00 or so. Any weight loss?
