Ok, I started Phen 8/20 and lost 5.4 lbs and it was during TOM. Now I'm back on BC and stuck at -5.4 lbs! I know it's only the start of my 3rd day of the second week, but it seemed to fall off last week and this week not. Granted, I didn't excersize over the weekend besides normal housecleaning, landscaping, etc. I did have about 6 deep fried cheesecurds sat night and drank a couple of drinks. But I hadn't eaten much that day.
My normal menu is Low-Carb slim fast 190 cals 6 carbs.
1 cup veggies or cantaloupe for snack.
Lunch today is 1 piece zucchinni lasagna and 1 cup green beans. (I used to eat 2 pieces at lunch and dinner)
Dinner is prob 1 piece zucchinni Lasagna leftovers and 1 cup veggies.
I try not to eat after 6 but I might have a snack of sugar free jello or 2 squares hershey's chocolate (which won't be much longer cuz the bar is almost gone)
I drink tons of water and work out 4-5 days per week at Curves. I know to give myself time but as most of you know, that's easier said than done. I guess I just need some motivation and some tips. You all are so supportive and I hope can motivate you and learn to support myself as well. I have such bad self esteem. Thanks for listening to my sob story...
