Hello everyone,

My name is Cinn. I'm a newbie here, at Phentermine.com. I'm on my third day of using Phen. What I would like to know is, does this really, really work? I really need to lose alot of weight. I've tried everything for years, with no success. I've lost 35 pounds about ten months ago after having my baby. That's the most weight I've lost in my entire life. I want to lose more weight and be at a nice size for summer. Since I've started on Phen, I've noticed that I have had more energy, and that's good, because I'm not really a morning person. I use to eat all day long. Anything and everything. Now, I'm eating three meals a day, no snacks in between and one snack before bed. The thing is, the food I'm eating is not really healthy. It's not that bad, but it isn't great either. I just want to know if Phen will help me the way I want it to. I'm also taking a birth control pill and Metformin and I'm taking a one a day aspirin AND a multivitamin. Is that okay? I appreciate all the advice I can get.

Hey Cinn,
I am also new to this web site. I am not sure how to post a new entry- so maybe we could help one another.
I have been taking the phen for about 3 weeks. I have lost about 7lbs. I had been eating right and lost about 9lbs- so my Doc gave me this to help along the way.
I had to go out of town for a week or so and my "good" eating habbits went out the window. I will tell you this if you can take the phen and eat healthy- yes it totally helps. I lost the 7lbs in the first two weeks and then with going out of town, not eating right or exercising I gained .6 back. Now I did not find this so bad with all or the CRAP I ate! I am glad to be back home and getting back on a healthy regimen. My Doc would like me to work out every day- not going to happen !! I have joined a gym, got a little Ipod and I work out for about an hour 3-4 times a week. I have to tell you I was never a big fan of working out, Now... I don't mind it so much. It really helps me sleep better at night and with taking the phen I have more energy to work out!
Let me know if you need any help with planning meals or anything!
Also I am on the Met and birth control as well. My doc encourages me to take vitamins. I am sure your multi vitamin will be fine. I take fish oil, D, C, Calcium, Magnesium, Glucosamine and B12. So I am sure you will be just fine!
Oh and be sure to drink lots, and lots of water!

Cinn - I just started my Phen on Tuesday and my doctor made it very clear that if you don't change your eating habits no matter what you lose - you will gain back in time after you are off the Phen. I do not want to sound negative, but that was my problem. I wanted a miricle pill that will work no matter what I am eating! I now drink a Whey Protein shake in the morning - Soup/salad with fresh veggies for lunch - and small portion of whatever I am cooking for the family at night and a Protein bar for a snack if I get hungry inbetween which has only happened once. TONS of water and Women's One-A-Day multivitamin too! I started Curves 3x per week in March and have now stepped it up to 5x per week since starting the Phen. I have already lost 5 lbs and it is only my 4th day.

Good Luck. I know how hard it is to change eating habits as everytime I walk in the door after work, even though I am not hungry - I go straight to the pantry looking for some carbs (cookies, chips, etc.) to munch on before dinner. I keeping telling myself to walk away and quickly change clothes and go work out.

Stay tough with yourself and it will ultimately pay off!

SO I THINK I SEE THAT MOST PEOPLE ARE DOING THE HIGH PROTEIN DIETS. ANYONE FOUND SHAKES/BARS THAT ARE ACTUALLY GOOD?
