I also live in the north eastern part of nc. right along the VA border. I am about 30-45 min north of Raleigh.

Hello all, I'm located in Guilford County area. How is everyone adjust to phen. I like it, but having a hard time planning meals and making my self eat all of my recommended calories. Any suggestions?
