    Question

Hello everyone. I am new to the community but not to phentermine. I was just curious about how I can tell if the phen I am getting is the "real" deal. I have noticed that when I have received it from my neighborhood pharmacy the pills definitely "felt stronger." Stronger than the pills I have received from the internet. I am taking the generic tablet of Adipex P. It's a white tablet with little blue specs (37.5 mg.) The tablet also looks different. The tablet from my neighborhood pharmacy looks smaller, not by much but it's definitely smaller. I would really appreciate any feedback that anyone has to offer on this. I really do hope that I have not been spending close to two hundred dollars on a darn "sugar pill!!!" Well, hopefuly the pills will be the real deal and not that "fake phentermine" that I have read about Well, I hope to hear from someone soon...Ciao!

well about the fake phentermine u mentioned, I have the same pill you described except my bottle says Phentermine HCL 37.5 equivalent to ADIPEX-P. I never heard of there being fake phentermine, first I hear about it! But if you look in this website the pill u describe is the brand name phentermine (ADIPEX-P)
I also ordered online but not from this website I just hope my phentermine is not fake L0L... I wish I could help u further but all i can say is look on this website and they have some information on every phentermine pill there is.

I started taking phentermine 30mg on the 13th of August. Why is everyone paying so much for their phen? I got mine at Walmart Pharmacy. I do have prescription insurance, and it only costs me $25.14, for 30 pills. Without the insurance it would have been $33.72. Some of you may want to check it out instead of ordering online.

Ciao -- Almost $200!?!! NO WAY!!! Save yourself some bucks! I have the same exact pill that you described. Just picked up my first prescription (Adipex P 37.5mg) on Friday from Walmart. I asked what the price difference was between getting name-brand Adipex P 37.5mg & the generic phentermine 37.5mg. $68 versus $28 -- Without insurance coverage. My insurance won't cover weight loss meds at all. I opted for the generic and it looks exactly the way you described in your post. Feels like the real deal to me and I'm sure Walmart (major retail chain) wouldn't gamble with dispursing "fake" meds from their pharmacy department.
I actually was concerned of whether I'd be able to get a generic for whatever prescription my doc gave me and I thought it'd cost me at least $100. But dang! Almost $200 and I would have dropped the whole idea of taking phen or anything else. I plan on staying on phen for several months. About a year ago I tried Xenical. Got the side effects of it but couldn't really depend on it for significant weight loss. It cost me $100 (without insurance) from Walgreens and there wasn't a generic for that.
Next time you get your prescription refilled, don't order online if you can't be absolutely certain that you are getting the real deal. I thought of it myself but I prefer a pharmacy look me in the face and hand me the med ... it's a little harder (if the pharmacist has any conscience at all) to hand you a med that could hurt you if not real and charge you SO much for something you can get more than half the price cheaper somewhere else. Obviously that's gotta be a scam of some sort. JMHO

I doubt you got fake medication, but I've certainly noticed a difference in various generic versions (regarding all medication - not just phen). Some ARE stronger than others. Maybe it has to do with the fillers they use. The last site I ordered from the pills did nothing for me so this time I ordered from a different site - hoping the pills work better.

I'm also taking the 37.5 Adipex. I used to get the same thing from my doctor when I did phen before and paid $51 at my pharmacy for a one month supply. I found a website that charged $153 for 3 months which is the same as what I would have paid at the pharmacy. I was happy I didn't have to go groveling back to my doctor to tell her I blew it and "can I have some more?"

I was concerned about the quality from ordering on line too, but these are very strong. I haven't been able to sleep since I started taking them on Friday. I also notice when I drink a lot of water after taking it, I "feel" the med working. Hard to explain. Much different than with no water.
