I've been on 15mg for just over a week and think that it's already not working very well. Should I be asking my Dr to increase my doasge?

hi, me too i take de 15 mg, so far i lost 6 pounds, i take 1 -1 hour before, meals i am doing the atkins diet, of course i am not that hungry and i eat just a little, so tell me how do you fell i still need to go 30 to 35 pounds, johanna

I feel pretty good but the 15 mg doesn't seem to be cutting it for me. I started at 288 and I've lost 3lbs in the last week. My goal right now is 200 but I'm only 5,2 so I will need to drop quite a bit more than 88lbs! I've done Atkins before too and I found it very hard. I'm just watching my carb & sugar intake now, not being as strict. Good to talk to you.

Hello there-

I started out taking the 37.5mg and that is what I still take. Quick question... Are you losing weight on the 15mg? If you are I wouldn't worry about it. If you are not or if the 15mg is not controlling your cravings then I would talk to your doctor and see what the doc has to say about bumping up your dose! Welcome and Good Luck on your weight loss journey! You should check out the Challenge forum and think about joining the Hoilday Challenge. i've been taking the 30mg and they don't seem to be working right anymore.so i'm going to get the 37,5mg.i still have about 20 pounds to loose.good luck.

I started out with 30mg then switched to 37.5 now I only take half a day of the 37.5mg..Good luck and I wish u much success on your weightloss
