About me:
Over the past 4 years, I have allowed myself to grow from a size 12 to a size 16 and sometimes 18. I realized that I had to do something about it when I went shopping and took a good look at myself in the mirror as I was trying on clothing. My underwear were cutting so deep into me that it left an impression on my skin. That prompted me to start exercising.
I bought "the FIRM" tapes, along with 10, 8, and 5 lb. weights. In just a month, I am seeing alot of changes. I do not have a scale in my house, so I have no idea how much I weigh. The last time I stepped on a scale, about 6 months ago, I weighed 195 (I was about 155-165 when I was in a size 12). I have noticed that my pants are not as tight. My goal is to get my hips to shrink from 44 inches to 39-41 inches. I am 5' 11" by the way. I just want to be able to fit the clothes that are collecting dust in my closet.

I began taking phentermine on May 10. I will take my measurements again in another week or so...but right now, after only 4 days, I can say that I feel really good. I have modified my diet and cut out alot of the carbs and fast foods (no soda!) and I feel a tremendous amount of energy. I am thinking of taking phen with 5-htp. From everything that i have read on the net, it seems this combination works for most people. I used to take 5htp to boost my mood (and it works) so I trust it.
