Thread: Average weight loss

    I am kinda wanting to get an average weight loss so I might have an idea what to expect the first month. I know everyone is different. That is why I thought I would do an average. I started 3 days ago but I started eating better and working out 5 days ago. I have lost 5 pounds so far.

    I just started taking it a few days ago and I have lost 4 pounds already but I excercise 5 days a week and I am drinking at least 80 oz of water daily.
    I can do this, if I stick to it!!!!!!

    I have been taking phentermine 37.5 for 5 weeks today and I have now lost 21 pounds...my starting weight was 223 and I am now 202!I am 1 pound away from losing my first 10% of my body weight. My monhtly goal is to lose 5% each following month. That comes to around 2 pounds per week, I figured that is a safe amount every week.
    Start Weight 11/25 - 223
    Week 1:-8=215
    Week 2:-3=212
    Week 3:-3=209
    Week 4:-0=209
    Week 5:-3.5=205.5
    Week 6:-4.5=201
    Week7:-0=201
    Week8:-4=197

    I started phen on tuesday and have already lost 7 pounds but I have been at the gym everyday since tuesday for and hour and a half. Now when I was on phen 4 years ago I lost 30 pounds in the first month. Everyone loses at diffrent paces and weight loss is better then nothing. Good Luck....Joy

    I took Phen for a month. I lost 20 lbs total so far. I do not currently take it right now and have still been losing an average of 2 lbs a week.

    12/13--269 lbs

    I just started Phen last Wed (1/3), I weighed 253 that morning. I got onthe scale this morning and weighed only 238. I haven't exercised at all because I still need to get more weight off first due to a back injury but I have watched what I eat and cut my Cokes down to 1 can a day, but lots of water and sweet tea. So good luck!

    I am just starting Phen again, but last time I lost an average of 3-7# per week. I did notice, one week, I hardly lost anything, and I had been working out ALOT, boy was I ticked. Then my doc told me to eat more for the following week. I lost 7# that week, AND the next.
    Moral of the story is, be sure to give your body what it needs for baseline fuel, or your weight will stabalize, because it thinks it needs to hold on to it. 100% fruit juice can make a very good snack and to quench a craving, thats why SHD works so well too.

    I started Phen on 1-5-07 and I have lost 8.5 lbs in 5 days. Granted this is my very first week and I work out about 5 days per week and watch what I eat but I was thrilled with the results for this week. I was even able to go down one notch on my belt! woohoo! I know I won't be able to keep up at this pace but it sure would be nice!

    I started Phen on 1-17-07 and the HCG injections. I have lost 5.8 lbs. so far! I didn't work out but I drank a ton of Lipton Diet Green tea with citrus. It makes you pee a lot!

    I've been on it a week today and have lost 10 pounds so far. Everyone is different some people only loose a few pounds and some lose alot. I think you loss of 5 pounds in 5 days is wonderful!!

    The doc told me that the first 10lbs comes off pretty fast beacuse that is mostly water weight.
    I lost 12 lbs the first week so now it time for me to bust my but with the turbo jam dvds and keep it coming off. I would like to loose 5lbs a week.
