Does anyone have any advice about this? I started taking one yesterday. I know that I have to change my eating habits, and that I should add exercise. I have really been making an effort to cut back, but I am still gaining. I have gained about 15-20lbs in 3 months. I weaned my son from breastfeeding about 3 months ago, and also stopped taking a hormone supplement I was using to boost my milk supply. The dr is running tests on my thyroid, hormones, and metabo. So anyway I got the diet pill 37.5 mg phen. It cut my appetite yesterday considerably and I didnt have any jittery etc side effects, and I was able to sleep last night. I dont know if it will take longer to have the effects. So anyway my goal is to change my eating habits with the help of the phen, and hopefully to get in a cycle of eating better so that when I come off the phen I wont jsut gain it right back. I have never EVER really dieted before in my life. I have always had a high metaba and drank tons of water, and not eaten after 5:30 and been fine. I would really love to loose 20lbs min. I weighed this morning naked at 164lbs and was 168 with my clothes on at the drs. He did a boby mass index on me and I was one point away from the obese column. He said to me I dont usually treat people your size I feel like you look great. I said if I dont get it under control now I am headed to the next catagory and he agreed.
So anyway my questions is, with the phen I know I still need to eat to keep my metabo going. This morning I had about an 1oz of cheddar cheese and 1/2 bottle of propel. I had chicken soup for dinner last night. I know I should add some fruit in, what else?
I would really appreciate suggestions.
