    Hello everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself, I am DietDiva74. I am 32 years old and my current weight is 220. I started Phentermine today although this is my 2nd time with Phentermine the first time was 2 years ago and I succesfully lost about 45 pounds in about 60 days when on it and I have managed to keep that weight off for the 2 years. I feel like Phentermine is my WILLPOWER in a pill.
So please widh me luck this time around as I hope to lose at least 50 pounds this time.
    My current weight is 220.

Hi! Best of luck, and welcome.

45 pounds in 2 months is very fast. It does come off fast for heavier and taller people..but I hope you aren't disappointed if it happens slower this time.

I have found, as a life long yo-yoer, that each time it slows down. It could be age, an abused metabolism, etc. I'm 36 and it's coming off a lot slower this time...but with any luck, the slow nature will mean permanent results. That's great that you kept it off for 2 years!

Welcome and good luck! Nothing wrong if it comes off slow. Most weight gain gets put on slow!

    Hello Everyone,

My name is Kristina and I am new too. I just had my first dr's appt yesterday and I was given 30mg Phen once a day. I have always been overweight, but I am really determined to get the weight down b/c I have PCOS and the symptoms won't be as bad if I get my weight down. It is very inspiring to hear everybody's stories. And I am excited to have a new and improved me. Good Luck to everybody's new years goals!!

LADIES!!! Good luck to both of you and I must say this board is definitely an inspiration to me. At times when I don't feel like working out or am about to eat something crazy, I log on and ready posts and it keeps me motivated. Losing 8-10 pounds a month is a good weight lost speed because it stays off longer. Good luck!!

Ha Ha, I agree, I read this forum a million times a day. Especially at work b/c I sit at a desk all day and that is normally when I start to have my fatty attacks, and I want to run downstairs and ransack the vending machine. I have definitely been staying on track though. Excited about my first weigh in on Saturday!! (Hope I am not siking myself up for nothing =(
But anyways Good Luck to everyone and I hope that yall are having an easy week so far. I was wondering, I am doing that Walk Away the Pounds 3 mile walk thing 4x a week and It seems to really get me pumped up. has anybody else tried those? Well Good Night!

Oh also, has anybody ever used those excercise ball things? Is it easier w/the larger ball, or should you start out w/the smaller ball? Does it depend on the size of your body? B/c I bought one today and I was trying to do the work out video, but I feel like all my fat I keep bouncing off of it. I am being serious, and I am sorry, but I am brutally honest w/myself. I look like a big ballon, b/c I am only 5'2" and I weigh 263. Anyways, has anyone had any luck w/those excercise balls? The one good thing about them, is I can do push ups w/them. Well right now, I can only do 10 push ups, but I am going to work my way up!!

Kristina those exercise balls are a great addition to your exercise! Type in stability ball beginner in yahoo search. The 1st on listed is a good one for you to read. It'll show you different exercises you can do. And there is also a link that shows you which size you should be using. Read down towards the bottom and it'll tell you that just sitting on it is good for your core muscles.

Wow, I will look into that, b/c I can totally feel the burn. So I started my phen d on Saturday 2/3. I had a fertility appt yesterday 2/8, and Guess what, I went from 263lbs on Saturday to 256lbs on Wednesday. I am soooooo EXCITED!! And the pills definitely help me, but it is will power also, b/c I watch every piece of food or liquid that I put in my mouth now, and I am excercising everyday, I feel wonderful!! Thanks again for the advice, I am excited to try new things w/the excercise ball! I love that thing!!
