Its been two weeks today that I started phentermine and I am delighted with the results. In my first week I lost 5lbs and today I got weighed and lost a further 4lbs...9lbs IN TOTAL!!!!!!
I have found that reading other peoples stories on here helps me alot and the little bits of advice all add up. Thanks everyone for just being here xxxx

Mini Goal 1 = 133lbs
Mini Goal 2 = 130lbs
Mini Goal 3 = 126lbs
FINAL goal= 122lbs !!! By christmas!
