I live about 35 minutes south of Olympia.
Great thanks for the response. How is going for all of you. I'm doing okay.But I am battling with myself about eating. I really hope this helps to jump start me. Excersice is not coming easily. But my eating is better and the water yikes.
I wish everyone luck and let's help each other through this. It will work and we will be lean and sexy in no time.
