Hi all! I'm so excited to be trying phentermine but I have to admit I'm also scared. I have been doing a lot of research and reading a lot of good things and like with most things it has it's bad side also. I'm finding as I get older I'm having alot of trouble losing weight that's why I'm giving phentermine a try. I have 2 kids also and I cant keep up with them anymore. So I'm giving this a try. Along with regular diet and exercise and drinking lots of water is there anything
I can do to achieve maxim results? And I understand that everybody is different but how much to people lose during there first month?
Just any tips and advice you can give me and others like me would be great! To all of you who have been using phentermine and come back and are willing to share your Experiences THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!!!! A

    Hello Fairymom,
I definitely understand where you are coming from. A friend of mine started on Phen under doctor care and she didn't tell me. In the first month she lost 20 lbs and I looked at her and said girl what are you doing you are losing a lot of weight. She told me and I went to the doctor to get started. He had me go through all the blood work and testing before I started a month later.
I was advised to start off with one 15.7mg a day so that my body can get use to it. Honestly, I wasnt feeling what everyone else was feeling (the energy) I was more tired then before. So after a week I started taking 2 every morning and oh boy what a difference.
I suggest you stay under doctor care, my doctor will not prescribe another bottle until I see him first every month. If you dont have a doctor I suggest you get one. Start off slow and take notice of all the changes in your body and monitor it. People get hurt because they just skip over the symptoms instead of acknowledging it. You are doing everything else; exercising, water and changing your eating habit (although you dont want to eat much on these things anyway).

Good Luck to you and keep reporting your success. Go to extrapounds.com to get a tracker and it helps with keeping a log of your food, exercise and activites.
