Hey guys. I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a 27 year old mother to two beautiful girls...ages 6 and 4.

I'm going to start my Adipex as soon as it comes in. It's been ordered and approved, so hopefully it will be here next week sometime.

I used Adipex about 4 years or so ago, and it really worked for me.

I went through a bad, abusive marriage, got out, went through the divorce and gained some weight. I'm ready to get rid of it now! A new body for the new me!

So...who else is on Adipex and are there any tips or tricks? It's been so long since I took it.

    Thanks y'all!

I created a tracking bar...but which address do I copy and paste in my signature line? Apparently, I didn't do it right.

good luck on your fresh new start!
my only advice is water, exercise but thats obvious. just never give up and keep a good attitude about it. don't think about dieting or losing weight, just think about changing your life for the better and living healthier and making better choices. i found that to be easier than thinking about pounds.
i found this web site to be so motivating and helpful when it comes to all the questions you're gonna have.
    so good luck!

Welcome Vette and you too wazny! Good luck to you both on your weight loss.

Learn how to eat healthy while on the adipex because you wont always have it to surpress your appetite and when you go off your gonna want to eat....... so you better know and like to do so healthy because if not, you will go back to old ways and we all know what happens then.ughh....

Drink lots of water!!!!! Get plenty exercise!!!

Best of luck to you both!!!!

    Hey Vette

I totally understand your story. I had a baby in August of last year and three days after we came home from the hospital my husband said he had been having an affair and was leaving. Not only do I have baby weight to lose but also breakup weight. We are both the same age with two kids so if you ever need a buddy, let me know or email me. Good luck and don't give up. We can do this!!
