I have been taking Phentermine on and off since 2001. A friend recommended a diet center and it cost me $150.00 per month to go there, but I found I could just buy it on the net, monitor my own weight and bp alot cheaper! I have lost 20 lbs this year and feel so much better! The problem is sometimes when I do not have it sometimes I use it as an excuse and forget that I have self control over what I eat and can still exercise, maybe walk instead of jog if I do not feel like I have the same energy level off it as on it. I have to give myself weekends off and really really remember that I do not need it to survive. The reason "that new guy" did not call is not b/c I am out of phentermine and have not exercised like a maniac and actually ate a meal instead of nothing all day

Weightloss clinics are alot more expensive then just seeing the regular dr. The regular dr can also prescribe phentermine too. The weightloss clinic here charges $100 or $125 a month. Most insurance don't cover the clinic but will cover the dr. I go to the dr and I usually end up paying under $20 with my insurance and the phentermine cost around $15 per month.
