Hi everyone, just testing my ticker and wishing everyone good luck in your weight loss journies. I have been reading on this site for a while and everyone is so positive and encourging to others, its great. Like a big family!! I have taken Phen before, just started again last week along with daily excersise program, so far so good...my biggest problem is sticking with it..i have a goal date of Jan 7, 2006...going on a cruise..

Hey Jennie. Welcome. Your stats are very similar to mine. Good luck. You can definately hit your goal by Jan 7th. Just stick with it!! Going on a cruise is definately a motivator!!

Thanks Jess, how long have you been taking Pehn? Good luck to you to! Our stats are very similar, do you have a specific goal in mind?

hi jennie,
wow, I can't believe your stats are just like mine. Even down to a cruise in Jan. I leave on the 15th though. Where are you going?
As far as weight goes, I haven't lost anything yet and I've been on Phen about 2 weeks now. What is your normal routine while taking Phen. Maybe if I eat the same I can loose.

oops, just weighed myself, and the scale says 146 from 153........
Yeah, I actually lost some. I know this takes time but I didn't think it would take this long. Hope my scale is right!

Molly,

Congrats on the weight loss..its a great feeling isnt it!!!! My cruise is out of Puerto Rico and it leaves Jan.8th, we are going to St. Thomas, Barbados, Aruba and Dominica..then back to Puerto Rico..I can't wait!! How about you, where are you off to?? We went last year to the western Caribean..Mexico, Jamaica..it was so much fun. Is this your first cruise?

So, any suggestions on this weight thing? I guess just exercise, and drink alot of water along with eating right and you'll see results...

My biggest problem is I am tempted everyday to jump on the scale, some days it can be motivating and others very discouraging..how often do you weigh in? Keep me updated on your progress, it will definetly motivate me to keep going!!

Hi Ladies. As mentioned above, my stats are similar. I have been taking phen since last Thursday. I have dropped 5 pounds in 5 days. Shocking for me. I have never lost so fast. And people say "it's water weight", but I don't think so. I've been doing WW for the last 2 months, and drink 100 ounces of water each day prior to taking phen, so I don't think I was holding much water weight in. Doing WW I bounced between 144.5 and 148.5 but I could never get below 144.5. Today I am at 142.5 (I weighed 147.5 the day I started Phen). My pants are baggy. It's a great feeling! Oh, and just wanted to add that I do exercise. I walk 2-3 miles during my lunch hour every day, and since starting phen, I have added The Firm workout to my mornings. Good luck to y'all

hi,
I'm going on that Caribean cruise with the radio station WRNS. Same places you went to. This is my first so I had the doctor give me those motion patches since I get sick easy. Don't want to miss anything. We'll be gone for 10 days.
Anyways.......... I seem to get on the scale everytime I'm in the bathroom. Guess I shouldn't, but like I said when I weighed in and saw I lost weight being nude then got dressed and weighed again, I was disapointed all over again. oh well, guess I won't do that to often.
I don't exercise due to my back & knees so I'm loosing slowly with this diet. But I want to loose more for this cruise!! and for myself of course.
