    I WENT TO THE DOCTOR'S THIS MORNING FOR MY FIRST MONTH WEIGH IN.....AND OMG......I'M DOING GREAT!! I LOST 21 POUNDS!!

    AND I WAS OFF PHEN FOR 7 DAYS SINCE WE WERE VACATIONING IN DISNEYLNAD...JUST STARTED TAKING IT AGAIN MONDAY.....BOY DO I FEEL GREAT...NOT ONLY PHYSICALLY BUT MENTALLY! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND I KNOW THAT I WILL REACH MY GOAL...

    ONE PROBLEM THOUGH...I'M LOSING MY BOOBIES.....AND I DID NOT HAVE MUCH TO BEGIN WITH....OH WELL......THATS WHAT THE WONDERBRA IS FOR...(LOL)

    I lost 16 pounds but it doesn't seem like my boobs are going anywhere, if only I could give you some.

    That's great! What are you doing as far as eating goes. I am only in the middle of my 2nd wk, actually, I weigh tomorrow, but I don't feel like it's working...can ya give me some of your secrets? Keep up the great work.

    cont....i screwed that one up..(typing to fast)


    been with my husband for 15 years...so here it is...

    6:00a--1 hr WATP
    7:00-eat bk (300 calories)
    7:30-8:00 get the kids ready and drop off at school by 8:15
    8:30-9:30--1 hr workout at Curves( I love it there)
    ON MY WAY HOME FROM CURVES EAT ANOTHER SNACK (100 CALORIES)
    10:00-11:15-walk 3 miles
    AFTER WALK.....EAT LUNCH (300 calories)
    12:45--I'm off to work--45 min commute
    3:00-snack (100 calories)
    5:30-DINNER (300 calories)
    7:00-snack (100 calories)
    OFF AT 10:00P--USUALLY HOME BY 10:45--THEN
    I DO ANOTHER HOUR OF WATP........WHOOOOWEEEEEEE

    AND THERE YOU HAVE IT.....I THINK WHAT HELPS ME IS I STAY BUSY AND I PLAN ALL MY MEALS THE NIGHT BEFORE AND PLACE IT IN MY SPECIAL BAG IN THE FRIDGE AND THAT IS ALL I EAT.....ONLY WHATS IN THE BAG!!
    OH YEAH....I FORGOT.....BY THE END OF THE NIGHT MY EYEBALLS ARE FLOATING....I TRY TO DRINK BETWEEN 100-120 OZ OF H2O.

    1200 CALORIE DIET AND EXERCISE-EXCERCISE-EXCERCISE.....HARD WORK...BUT YOU GOTTA WANT IT...ANY BABY DO I WANT IT!!!OH--AND MY PHEN

    SORRY IF I BORED SOME OF YOU WITH MY DAILY ROUTINE......
