Hi All-
I posted before in regards to my starting Phen and the shots, and in the first week I lost 6 pounds... Here are my 2 questions though that are still nagging at me....
1. The night sweats...Oh My Gosh...someone please tell me how to stop satan from breathing on me, because I am literally sweating during my sleep, and not be crass, but I sleep nude..*laughs* but I am still sauna sweating...Started when I started taking the Phen.....any advice? Also, I work out at night for up to 2 hours...... and hit the hay about 2 hours after.....
2. Other problem..I am losing the weight, inches,,,cool...but are there any recommendations from you all on toning? I mean I am not seeing results for my mid section yet..everything else is toning but not my tummy....*sighs* and yes, I am doing the crunches, smunches and anything else for that section.And I know I wont ever have a flat flat tummy, but I want a more firmer rounder one.
