Hi, my name is Trish and I am 27 years old. I'm 5'4" and weight 149 lbs. On Sept 10th I started phen and weighed 160 lbs I have lost 11 lbs. I lost 9 lbs my first week and only droped 2 lbs my 2nd week. I haven't weighed my self this week but I think I'm already at a platu (sp) sorry horrible speller. What should I do?

the first week in generally water weight loss...since you are not terribly obese you will probably lose slower than someone your height that started out over 200. make sure you eat 1200 calories a day to keep your body from going into starvation mode...and take a break this weekend and have a cheat day, it will confuse your brain into thinking you are not dieting and kick up metabolism again...as always....water, water, water, and daily exercise....good luck!

Thank you all for your advice. I was a very bad girl last night & had a plate of spegehetti and garlic bread and eat late w/ my boyfriend. Maybe that will be enough to "trick" my body. I have a wedding I have to go to on October 7th & I'm hoping I can drop another 5-7 lbs by then. I know that is a lot but hey, my goals are always too high.
