i have been sick the past few days with the bug that has been going around. i took a few days off the phen to just take a break and wanted to start back up again yesterday but was sick and couldn't keep anything down but today i'm feeling a little better and was wondering if anyone knows if it is a good idea to take it while your sick.
also wanted to say that i think everyone here is very supportive and is just soo wonderful.

I would think it just depended on how you feel. Usually when I'm sick I just naturally don't eat as much. If you have a full appetite back then it's definitely worth the consideration I think. I wonder if it would upset your stomach?
