Current Weight: 135
Goal Weight: 115-120
TODAY IS MY FIRST DAY ON THE SITE. I AM TRYING TO DESPERATELY LOOSE ABOUT 15 POUNDS. I CURRENTLY WEIGH 135 POUNDS AND I DO DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND WORK OUT 5 DAYS A WEEK. I JUST CANT SEEM TO LOOSE THESE 15 POUNDS. I NOTICE THAT WITH THE WEIGHT TRAINING I RECENTLY STARTED IT GIVES MUSCLE TONE BUT, MY THIGHS ARE GETTING BULKIER, I WANT THEM TO SHRINK. DO YOU THINK THAT PHEN WILL WORK FOR ME???

I just wanted to welcome you to the boards - from what you have mentioned, it sounds as though you are keeping on the right track to staying fit and healthy - and I don't think you need to worry so much about losing weight - your statistics are more than fine !

If there's anything else you may need help on, do keep posting, as there are a lot of people who can help you here!

THATS THE THING, IT'S NOT JUST THAT I WANT TO LOOSE MY THIGHS, I WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT EVERYWHERE IT'S JUST THAT MY THIGHS SEEM TO BE THE WORST PROBLEM AREA ON MY BODY. I DONT LIKE THE WAY I LOOK. AS A MATTER OF FACT I HATE THE WAY I LOOK. I REALLLY WANT TO LOOSE THESE 15 POUNDS. HAVE YOU FOUND THAT THESE PILLS WORK WELL IN LOOSING POUNDS WHEN COMBINED WIHT DIET AND EXERCISE? SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE

It doesnt hurt to try it.
Another thing that helps is doing a workout that u havent done before. That seem to always get me off of a plateau.

Another thing that I have learned is. "You cant keep doing the same thing and expecting the same results"

Juggle things around with your workout and your diet.
