I took phen before and I felt that way. I now take a b-12 myoden shot, it makes me feel so much better, I would not take phen without the shot.

try halfing your dose if you are tired-- until your body gets used to a full dose. im sure the lortabs arent helping much in keeping you awake. good luck!

The 1st 2 days being on phen i was soaring with energy then i started to drain out I finally got to the point i just crashed i was so tiered and then i had a mental breakdown and cried! i just couldnt handle it what ever it was. the next day i felt better and eve worked out a little and today i Feel MUCH MUCH better although could not exercise due to muscle strain in my back from working out yesterday! My doc says its your bodys way of getting used to the lack of calories its an adjustment phase. Also take a PLAIN multivitamin Like a plain one a day or centrium! that helps with that crash and burn feeling. Hope this helps! like i said ive been beat all week but starting to feel better! dont give up yet!

oh and a side note! i take Phen without the b12 shot! and like i said im doing fine. LET you body adjust! Think about it Your putting a new chemical in your body and at the same time cutting back on the calories your bodys used to this is a HUGE change for your body! its gunna take time! Also BE ADVISED when its the "T.O.M." for your your body will feel tierd cuz mine deff did! so remember this too shall pass! give your self time

Make sure you are taking in enough calories also. If you are not eating right (yes I know it is hard to eat), then your body will become slugish and tired. I was only eating about 500-800 calories a day, then someone told me that I needed to increase my caloric intake to about 1200 a day. I could tell a hugh difference. I was not tired anymore, and I actually lost more weight eating more calories but not over doing it.

im on a 1200 cal diet and im lucky if i intake 6-900 cals. usually it between 5-600 cals a day but thats cuz i feel full so i dont need the whole 1200 and my doc says im doing fine just a lil bump in the rd due to T.O.M. and adjusting. told me not to change a thing. Have you heard of someone detoxing from something like drugs or alcohol or something their body was addicted to. Well lets face it our bodys are addicted to food (god that felt good to admit) and were detoxing our body from what weve trained our bodys to think it needs! We did this to our bodys and now we wish to undo it and our bodys are rebeling so its hurting and making us tierd and not feel well PLUS were adding a new chemicle in the mix which our bodys are not used to! idk It makes sence to me Im not by any means saying your wrong BUT look at the science of the matter~ everybodys body is different though so maybe im just speaking from my experiences i can not speak for all of us here! so theres my lil Expeirence
