Hello everyone/Ladies. My name is John and it look's like am the rare guy around here. I started taking Phen on Friday and found this sight. I thought i would say hi and introduce myself.I hope i have the same good effects like the rest have had. Let me say that since i started 3 days ago. My hunger has gone away and i feel very good about this. We had a b day party last night for my mom and i did not give in to the temptation to over eat or indulge in the sweets there. I have been doing the Slim Fast shake's for awhile. If anyone has any words of advice (water water water right?) or wants to chat. Give me a reply and i am always glad to chat with people.
Oh let me tell you about myself. I am 34 yrs old.Divorced. Live near Cleveland with my 7 yr old daughter (i am a proud dad). I am a EMT (Weight was starting cause me work related troubles). I weighed on Friday 265 and i want to get to atleast 210 (good weight??).
    John

Thank's for the the reply. I like to walk a lot. With the warmer weather i plan on using the new 5 mile long bike trail at the metro park by where i live. I am getting used to drinking more water. The para medic that i work with is big time into health and working out. She is always on my case to drink more water and i have started. We do plenty of lifting at work.

    Welcome John!!!!!
I just wanted to wish you lots of luck

    Yes....WATER...WATER...WATER
But also have some exercise time planned into your schedule...I know oh too well how time consuming it is to be a single parent...but you have to put exercise as one of your priorities...not only for weightloss but I find it helps with the stress that comes with being a single parent...Good luck to you!!!

Welcome aboard. Glad to see another Ohio person on here. Especially another guy... we can always use a males opinion around here. lol

Water Water Water!! It helps soo much, I know its tough to get use to especially if you don't usually like it. But if I can learn to love it you can. People use to tell me I had pepsi in my veins cause that is all I use to drink. Now I cant stand it.

Just don't lose hope when times get tough. Just keep telling yourself you have to do this. Its better for your job, your health and not to mention your daughters future. You'll be so proud of yourself and feel so much better. You CAN do this and you picked a wonderful site for support and motivation.

Good luck, hope to talk to ya more soon.

    hi john!
    welcome to the board.
i have been on for almost three weeks and am very happy with the progress i am making.
my fiance is becoming quite interested in phen as he sees my rearend getting smaller

he, too, weighs about 230 or so and needs to lose..
he also has just found out that his BP is VERY high..so he is trying to adjust his diet.
last time he took the BP is was approx 173/50something...
since mine has always been 120/72-80
    i almost fainted!
he is only 40....i have done aliitle internet reasearch and found that latino men are at higher risk for high bp, heart attacks and stroke...
very scary ......well, anyway, glad to see a guy here....
I think that this is good board for both genders...
lots of good advice and sharing.
    Have A Super Day!
