I started Phen when I quit smoking. I gained so much weight, I almost started smoking again.
Phen to the rescue... I break my 15 mg pill in half, I take 1/2 first thing in the morning and the other half around 3 PM if I'm feeling like I might go home from work and eat all night.
I havent smoked for a whole year now... and the weight is finally coming off. I see it, I feel it and I am so pleased with my results.
I have been working out everymorning for almost a month now and its so much easier with out all that extra weight holding me back.
I went from a size 6, quit smoking, went up to a size 14 and now with Phen I am back down to a size 8.
I am so happy and wanted to share with anyone that might be feeling like you just cant do it... YOU CAN, it works and its all worth it.
I dont take Phen on the weekends anymore, I am getting used to having my own will power again. So far so good!!!
