Need Lots of Help Please - Phentermine.com

Well I'm back after about two year. In 2005 I was able to lose about 30 lbs on Phen and held steady for almost 7 months. Then I had a string of problems, 2 deaths in the family and I had to have minor heart surgery. Anyway, I just turned 39 two days ago and want to be much healthier before I turn 40 next year. I have almost 100 lbs to lose so any kind words or support would be appreciated. I am going to order my supply this week, so until then I am drinking lots of water. I would love to chat with anyone going through the battle of the bulge too.

Patty, I hear you girl! were in Cali are you? I am in Cali too! I started out needing to lose 100 as well, I have lost 52 so far and hope to reach my goal by New Years. I am 44. I know you can do it since you have been there before. We are rooting for you!

Doxiegal, thanks for the words of encouragement. I guess I am just so overwhelmed with other stuff, that I always tend to put everything else first (my kids, my husband, my job, etc) and I always end up on the back burner. I guess I just need to take a stand and really do it this time. I'm from Southern California, Orange County.

Patty you hit the nail on the head. You need to take care of you. I did the same thing, taking care of everybody but me. Well I decided at this point in my life if I didn't step up to the plate and so something about it I was really going to pay for it later. So you go girl and you take care of you! Good luck.

It is really easy to put ourselves last. That is what I have done and I looked up one day and said OMG! I have a 100 lbs to lose. but I am on my way this is my third week and I am hanging in there. It is not going to be easier but with the support of each other we can do it!

Patty, I put myself last for the last time! If you dont make yourself a priority no one else will!That is the truth! So you make sure you start putting youself at the top of your list girl! You are definalty worth it,and you can do it. You need to do this so you can be there healthy and happy for the ones you love and who love you. And if they love you they will understand and support you throught this. We are here for you and each other! Go girl!

.I have 4 kids and a dh that always come first,but they have what they need-so I need to do what I need and want to do now
