I started phen today. I feel great taking it! I Weighed in at 227. (Depressing since I had been down to 188 from 247 on my own, just 2 years ago!!) But I will be fitting back into my 14's again soon!! (and someday 8's)

And how about getting stats and pictures to show up in each post?

Thanks Ebony! I already lost 3 pounds since just starting yesterday! I know it is only water weight, but it felt nice to finally get on the scale and see it lower for the first time in a very long time!!
I couldn't go to sleep last night until 1:00am and I tossed and turned all night! Then I woke up wide eyed and bushy tailed at 6:00 AM!!! Kind of crazy! I am going to take my afternoon pill earlier in the day! I waited until 2:30 yesterday. Hopefully that will help!!
