Hey I'm new to this forum. So HEY everyone. I have ALOT of weight to lose. I went to a weight loss clinic and got Phen. I just started today 37.5mg. I took it at around 10a.m and I swear I could lay down and go to sleep. I didn't really have that much energy and I actually think it made me more hungry than normal. I'm doing a low carb diet and I'm eating like I should, not starving myself. Hmmmmm......What's wrong with me, LOL. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Are you drinking a lot of water? When I drink my water (a gallon a day) I'm not as tired.

This is the same for me! Here I thought I was going to get the BIG burst of energy lol I got the total opposite lol. I am so sleepy all the time now. I can go to sleep whenever I want to

I have my days when I'm tired and then I have those days where I can't stop. Today was a busy busy day and it flew by. I think when I'm at home I tend to be more sleepy.

I never have more energy and this is my 2nd time on phen. I have even tried energy pills and nothing works. Don't feel bad, I still lose just no big burst of energy.

Today was better. I had more energy, but it made me sweat profusely. I'm not going to complain though I would rather sweat and have energy rather than to feel nothing. It made me tingly feeling too. I wasn't hungry though at all and I had to make myself eat. Thanks everyone for replying. Have a Nice Day!

i notice when i dont eat enough throuout the day i have no energy,so ive been eating a little more than when i first started and i feel a little better

I am working 3rd shift, have 2 toddlers. I got to be awake most of the day, with the phen i can do it, 4 hrs per day the max sleep i get. I tried not to take it on the weekend, i get really tired and feeling weird..lol!! I hope I am not dependent on it..

I just started phentermine a week and a half ago and people told me that it gave you tons of energy all day.lol!!! i feel better because i'm exercising and eating better but i don't get a big boost of energy either.

you know tuddles i dont get tons of energy with phen but i sure notice the when i dont take it,i feel drawn down like i really have no energy,not sure how much since that makes.but that is the only way i know how to explain it.

Well...I was real sleepy my first few weeks of taking phen and could sleep all day just about. Now....I can't sleep well at all. My burst of energy is at night and I go walking to try and make myself tired. It does't work. After excercise I am even more energized. A lot of folks feel just the opposite of the energy. Phen works differently for each person. I don't think it will hurt anything but it makes you feel yucky some days!

i too noticed i am sweating, i usually never sweat! and for some reason today i am sleepy. Could it be im getting accustomed to phen?

Also...i am not thirsty. I am bad..i am not drinking enough water i know that, i am just not thirsty, i used to buy a large or extra large ice tea and go for seconds and sometimes thirds, but now, i can barely finish a medium drink and when i say drink i mean ice tea.

Hello all! I am new here and just started phen yesterday. I HAVE A QUESTION.... I am taking blood pressure meds and the same Dr. gave me prescription for phen....I'm so scared....is anyone eles taking blood pressure meds? Also I only take one pill in the morning...i didnt go to sleep until 4:30 am and woke at 6 am! Even took 2 sleeping pills, however I am not tired! Need some answers....
