I know you should not take anything with ephdra with phen so be carefull. I had a cold and i ask my pharmacy and they told me to call doctor and ask.The pharmacy wouldnot recomend anything because of side effects. hope this helps.

Thanks june65 i guess i will the pharmacy and see what i can take. My throat is soo soar i cant hardy talk it is driving me crazy. I am always talking lol. How long have u been on phentermine? I have been on it for 2 weeks and i have lost 14p. I know it was water that i am losing. I know i am feeling better.
