Hello ladies! I have been reading all the posts on this site for about a week now, and became a member myself because I would love to join this group. I began taking phen (15 mg) on January 29 (not even a week yet) and have LOVED it so far! My appetite is so little compared to what it was. I am making sure to drink at least 100 oz of water everyday (that is what has been suggested my 99% of you on here). So now is where the hard part in my dieting begins...the first week is always easy for me, but then I start get lazy...I need you guys to help me stay motivated!!! I am still eating healthy...any ideas on healthy snacks to eat??
My stats are: 5'9" CW 169 GW 145
I go for my weigh-in in a week and a half..and for once look forward to getting weighed. My clothes are feeling looser already!
One more ? before you guys get bored with my post: are you counting calories...and if so what is the suggested calorie intake while on phen?
