Dont give in so quickly. Phen is different for each person. I have been on phen exactly 1 month today and only started feeling results about 2 weeks ago. Sure the first day was good, but like you, I thought it wasnt working for me.
Phen basically just supresses your hunger, it may give you a slight energy boost especially for the 1st week, but that usually subsides. You will need to get up and move. Walk start out small and work up. Aerobics, 5 days a week should be your goal to lose weight and 3 days a week to maintain your weight. Start with what you are able to do and work up until you are doing an hour of aerobics a day or more. Also incorporate some weights into your workout - not necessarily lifting weights, but 3 pound - 8 pound weights while doing aerobics. I try to do sculpting 3 times a week for my abs, butt and thighs.
Diet, you need to eat 6 small meals each day EVEN IF YOU ARENT hungry, you must force yourself to eat something small, fruit or yogart etc...
Best to eat more then 1000 calories each day otherwise you wont lose much weight, try to eat less then 1500 calories.
Water - drink until you cant drink anymore. Phen will most likely give you dry mouth so you will want the water - try to drink AT LEAST 8 8oz glasses each day.
Give it time, you will find that it works. Its not a miracle pill, you have to work at it.
