Hey Sadie,
You look fantastic...what a difference from the last picture you had up there!! There must have been more of a difference in your weight...what did you weight in the last picture? If 18 lbs is the difference I envy you...I wish 18lbs made that much of a difference in me!! I've lost 31 lbs and don't see that big of a difference!! Great job!!

I started out at 183 when i started phen I am thinking I was around that likw 178 or 183 i am now at 165 i know i dont look big in the picture it could be the i was standing or something i am very schocked myself i cant stop lookinh at the picture. I also have lost tons of inches which helps alot sence i hace been dieting i believe i have lost around a total of 35 or 40 inches in the last year or so... I also think the reason the picture look like im thinner then what i weight is becaus ei think i have gained muscle alot because i get it everyday gwen you dont look like you weight that much well i got news for you alli do lol... i think the picture was looking very deceiving if you aske me unless my eyes are letting me see what i really look like this is the thinnest picture of me i have ever seennnnnnn!!!!!!!

Well whatever it is...you look great!! I'm the same way though...I have lost 31 lbs and to me I look the same...but obviously losing 31 lbs...it's got to make a difference!! But looking at your latest picture...if you look that good at 164...you won't be able to find yourself at 135...lol. Good luck chick-a-roo... keep up the great work!!
