Hello all,

my name is latasha i started phen on 9-30-06 been going up and down my start weight was 238lbs when down to 232 but now i am up to 245.25lbs i don't think that adipex pill 37.5 was working for me so i went to my diet doctor and he changed my pill to the bontril yellow and green capsule 105mg i was wondering if anyone other than myself is taking this pill and what are the side effects of it? and what should i eat with this pill? like what type of menu should i have? i need help please
