    Hello All

I am new here and thought I would introduce myself because I have a feeling I am going to need a lot of help, and you guys seem really suppportve. I have struggled with my weight pretty much my entire life (I am now 35). I currently weigh 225, which is down from my all time high of 238 a few weeks ago. My lowest weight was 128 when I was 16. Here is the hitch though: I was bulimic from ages 14-20. I got treatment for the bulimia and was able to stop purging. Bingeing though....another issue entirely. I am sick of being fat and unhealthy. I want to be able to wear "thin" clothes and be healthy and I feel like the time is right for me to accomplish this. So a few weeks ago I started cutting back and exercising and all went fairly well. I didn't feel deprived and want to binge. So I ordered the phen to help me along. I took my first one today and I could tell a difference, so I have a pretty positive outlook now. My main worry is that I am going to revert to bad habits. Anyway, thats my story. Thanks for reading,

    Leslie

    Must it all be either
    less or more,
    Either plain or grand?
    Is it always "or"?
    Is it never "and"?

    welcome to the board leslie
sorry to hear that you have been having such a hard time, but you came to the right place.everybody here is very supportive.the phen is a great tool to help you get out of your bad habbits.it helps alot with gravings.and it helps you to drink a lot of water.(drymouth)you just want to drink water and that's great, that's the first step, well the second step after taking phen.so water is very importent.so is exercice.and the food, the phen will help you alot with that,so you need to make sure you still eat enough.i'm sure other people will give you more tips.so good luck and i hope to see you around.elle

    Hello there-

I just wanted to stop in and welcome you! Sorry to hear about your hard past experience... look beyond that and to the future. You can do this... Repeat after me... I can do this... I will do this! Staying positive is key! Phen is a great tool for weight loss but it goes along with exercise, drinking lots and I means lots of water, eating healthy and eating enough calories to nourish your body! You sound like an excellent canidate for our Holiday Challenge. It a great place to get motivation, inspiration, info and supportive friends. If you are down they offer kind words that boost you back up! They are there if you need some one to lean on. And if you are having a great day... they listen to that too. I wish you luck on your weight loss journey and I hope to see ya around the forums... Take care! Shannon

Howdy! You sound just like me! (although I was anorexic) but our history sounds similar.

    You are not alone.
    We can do it!

It sounds trite, and like a cliche, but it is really true...ONE DAY AT A TIME!

    Be strong...email anytime!
