New to taking Phentermine!

HI everyone! I actuallly got my prescription from a doctor..today is my 2nd day taking it. I feel a little jittery and dry mouth. I also once in a while get "goosebumps" as if I am getting cold..also sometimes get sweaty arm pits (sorry for that gross visual)..anyone else have those kind of side effects? One more question..how do i change my signature to show my weight loss goals, etc? THANKS!!

Yes same effects but they will subside once you have the meds in your system...the price we pay to be thin!

Remember to drink, a TON of water!

To get the tickler...go to tickler.com and enter in your stats. Once you do then at the end there will be a field that says, I think UBB or something. You have to copy that data...then go back to you phen profile and paste it...

Welcome to all the lovely side effects of phen. What are you taking exactly? Is it 37.5 oval tablet that is possible to break in half or it it a capsule form. If its a tablet, you may want to break it in half. I do like alot of the other ones do to. It seems to help the side effects. I also have problems sleeping when taking a whole one.

I know what you mean , I felt like that too at first , I would say about a week or so & you'll get used to it!
WATER does help & it is good for us !! So drink up & stay busy with spring cleaning while your so energetic!! take advantage of the "buzz" LOL

I just started 03/19/05 and at first I felt weird for about 15 minutes then I was fine. I don't get hungry at all. I drink a slim fast drink in the morning then take my phen around 10:00am. I don't eat lunch only beacuse the site of food made me sick. I make myself eat a small meal for dinner though. It's so weird not craving food. I love food. Whith Phen I just feel full all day. I haven't weighed myself since starting. I'm 5'2" I got my perscription from my doctor on Friday 03/18/05 and I weighed 172(with clothes on and my boots) at home that night I weighed myself with nothing on and it was 165. I'm very top heavy which makes me feel so wide. I'm eager about this site. Reading other stories and postings has been wonderful. It feels nice to know there are people out there to support you and give you helpful and fun advice.
