I am sure this is a really stupid question, but how do you guys get your SW, CW, AND GW to come up at the end of your posts? I know you don't do it each time, because some of you guys have it listed by the week. I would like to add that to mine. Please help me, I am computer impaired!!!

Jen, most people add it to their signature in their profile. Then when your weight changes you just edit the signature.
