Hello everyone!
I started on phentermine Thursday and have lost 4lbs already!! I'm really pleased w/ the results so far! I've really tried to change my diet around but I have a lot of questions. I'm finding that I'm not really all that hungry. I don't get hungry 'till at least 2pm when I get up at 6am. And I guess I'm wondering if I should simply have a little snack instead of a true meal? Any suggestions? Thanks so much in advance.

all day long!! I know that probably means my metabolism was up but that also scares me b/c I don't want my eating to get out of hand! Help!!
Good luck though in your weight loss. Sounds like you are on your way to a great weight!!!!!!!!
