Okay, I have to ask if anyone has tried Sensa because I can no longer take Phentermine due to my State's policy on how long a person can be on Phentermine. By the time 6 months are up, I am sure I will no longer qualify for the prescription so I am trying to figure out how to lose the next 20 pounds that I need off!
I saw on ShopNBC today the infomercial on SENSA. I have seen it here and there but never really paid attention to it until this morning. After being off Phen now for a month and gone through my own "personal" withddrawal
H-E-L-L...I really need to find something that can substitute the lack of food cravings and excessive thoughts I had with Phen.
There is absolutely nothing OTC...everything looks like its pumped up with chemicals that make you jittery and well...they never worked before. Sensa is suppose to do the same thing that Phen does (but obviously not quite the same since it's without prescription) but it signals your sensory system in your brain that you are full so you eat less.
The infomercial says that people sprinkled this on their food when they ate, ate what they wanted and they found that they ate less, averaging 5 pound weight loss a month. I can live with 5 pounds at this point...I only have 20 more to lose and if Sensa really does what it says, I could probably tweak it to 7-8 pounds a month.
Anyone ever try this or know anyone who has? I am curious as to the pro's and cons and the internet doesn't give a lot of feedback...Each site is either set up to bash or promote and I would rather hear an unbiased opinion.
I ordered it and it should come next week. I will keep anyone interested posted so that at the end of the Phen Journey, there might be an alternative to maintain...who knows. Love to hear your comments.....thanx in advance!
