That is wonderful!!!! What are you doing? Possibly a sample menu that you eat? Amount of exercise you are doing?
Just curious, I just got started yesterday and I would like to hear other peoples ideas so I can tweak my own plan....
Ps...I lost 3.5 lbs my first day, probably water weight though. Who cares, as long as the number keeps going down....

I myself use the meal replacement shakes or bars at times. You just want to make sure that you have anywhere from 1000-1300 calories a day. You can go to sparkpeole.com and it gives you what kind of calories and exerccise you would need for your height and weight. Sometimes for me it is hard to eat 3 bigger meals, so sometimes I eat the 3 small meals and then a couple snacks. Just make sure you have your calories or the weight loss may not be as good since your body will store the fat and not burn it.. Good Luck I am sire you will do great...

Thanks everyone. I hope to be able to keep it up. I know it will slow down, but what a great start.
As far as my meal plan, I've been eating a wheat english muffin in the morning with some I Can't believe it's not butter. I'll eat a salad at lunch with light ranch dressing and whatever the family has for dinner, just a very small portion. For snack, I've been eating beef jerky when I want something to munch on and if I need a chocolate fix, sugar free pudding.
I haven't exercised a bit, but i work a full time job and a part time job (3 days a week) and the days i don't work my part time job, I help my boyfriend with his cleaning business. I'm honestly just to busy to do it. I leave the house at 6:45 and don't get home most nights, until 10:30 or later.
