Hello Everyone.
I have lost 80 lbs. so far since Nov. 2008 and have some loose skin on my stomach and legs. Is there anything BESIDES exercise that I can do? My doctor said that no matter how much I exercise I will have that. I know there HAS TO BE other ways to tighten skin. Shots from the doctor, lotions, pills??? And obviously plastic surgery which is wayyyyy expensive. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! I AM IN DIRE NEED TO TIGHTEN.
If you have any personal experience or tips that work, LET ME KNOW ASAP!
